Jovanna Brighon

Jovanna Brighon has extensive experience in the IT field. Jovanna began their career in 2010 with Dell (K-Force) as a Team Lead, responsible for coordinating and assigning tasks to the entire team, as well as troubleshooting and solving pc issues. In 2012, they held multiple positions, including IT Help Desk Service Delivery Technician at First Niagara Bank, IT Security & Risk Analyst at HSBC Bank USA, and Network Client Integration Project Manager at M&T Bank. In 2013, they worked as an IT Service Analyst at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Cloud Support Engineer at Advance 2000 and as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Realty USA Inc. In 2021, they became a Senior System Engineer at Network Services LLC, and in 2022 they were promoted to System Engineer at Tri-Delta Resources Corp.

Jovanna Brighon began their education at ITT Technical Institute in 2012, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Networking Systems in 2013. Jovanna then continued their studies at ITT Technical Institute and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Information Systems and Cyber Security.
