Bob Setiawan is an experienced professional in customer operations and contact center management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations at PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia since April 2013. With prior roles at HSBC, including VP of Contact Center Workforce Management and AVP of Contact Center Workforce Management and Planning, Bob has led teams in performance management and project coordination for global contact center optimization. Bob's career also includes experience at Citibank, where responsibilities encompassed managing call center services for bank cards. Bob is an alumnus of Universitas Gunadarma, having completed studies from 1989 to 2004.
