Calm Jody Isom

Jody Isom, CALM, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations, payroll processing, benefits administration, and strategic HR planning. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Tri Star Freight System, Inc. since November 2021, Jody oversees HR operations across multiple states and manages various HR functions including performance management, salary analysis, and compliance with labor laws. Previous roles include HR Director/Business Office Manager at Northstar Senior Living, Human Resources Director/Assistant Administrator at San Jacinto Manor, and various strategic HR positions with organizations such as Hyperdynamics and Pasadena Refining System Inc.
