Brian Mann

Brian Mann serves as an EMS Applications Senior Engineer at Tri-State Generation & Transmission Association, Inc. since September 2006, specializing in advanced EMS applications including state estimator, contingency analysis, dispatch training simulators, and automatic generation control. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Arizona State University from December 2004 to August 2006, where software solutions were developed to address power measurement issues and current unbalance factors were analyzed for improved state estimation. Brian Mann holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the University of Washington.
