Chad Orvis

Chad Orvis serves as the Vice President of Safety and Workplace Strategy at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. Previously, Chad held the position of Senior Manager in People and Culture at the same organization. Chad’s career also includes significant experience as Director of Specialized Legal Services and Employment and Labor Attorney at Employers Council. Chad Orvis earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law between 1998 and 2000, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver from 2009 to 2011.
