David Mullen

David Mullen is a seasoned professional in project management and GIS consulting with extensive experience in the utility and construction industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Transmission at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc., David manages transmission and substation projects from design through construction. Previously, David owned and operated Mullen Geo-Systems, a GIS consulting firm, providing a comprehensive range of GIS services. Additional roles include serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Colorado Denver, teaching GIS and spatial design, and as a Senior GIS Analyst at Golder Associates. David holds a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver and is pursuing a Master's degree in Construction and Facility Management at Arizona State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Geography from James Madison University.
