Russ Palucci

Russ Palucci, PE LEED AP, currently serves as a Sr Project Manager at TriTec LLC Engineering, involved in the construction of the Ford Blue Oval facility since March 2024. Palucci has held the position of President at RDSM Ventures Inc since November 2018 and has been a dedicated firefighter at Noroton Fire Department since January 1980. Previous roles include Sr Electrical Engineer at Genesis Engineering Group, LLC, and NORESCO, as well as Lead Electrical Engineer at CH2M. An experienced leader, Palucci also served as Past Flotilla Commander for the US Coast Guard Auxiliary from September 2009 to September 2021. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Power Systems from the University of New Haven, a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University, and an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Norwalk State Technical College.
