Karon de Silva

Karon de Silva is an experienced professional currently serving as the Community Assistant Program Coordinator at Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc. since May 2022, following a role in the same organization as Community Assistance Program Coordinator from September 2007 to July 2014.
