Kristen Mize

Kristen Mize is a clinical pharmacist with a diverse background in pharmacy practice. Currently employed at Tria Health since July 2023 as a Clinical Pharmacist I, Kristen previously completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from July 2022 to August 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a State Opioid Response Grant Specialist at Community Partnership of the Ozarks from August 2020 to May 2021, and working as a Pharmacy Intern at both Lawrence Drug and Compounding Lab and Walgreens from July 2020 to June 2020. Kristen holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and attended Missouri Southern State University from August 2016 to May 2018.
