Regina Sarkis

Regina Sarkis is a legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law and workers’ compensation. Currently serving as an In-House Attorney at Triad Group since August 2023, Regina provides legal guidance on New York State workers' compensation and labor laws while litigating insurance defense cases. Regina also operates the Law Office of Regina Sarkis, PLLC, specializing in drafting and negotiating various agreements, providing counsel on legal interpretation, forming business entities, and representing clients in discrimination and labor relations matters. Previous roles include litigation attorney positions at Pullano & Farrow PLLC, Goldberg Segalla, Zwicker & Associates, and Trevett Cristo, with a focus on defending employers in employment-related cases. Regina holds a Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Psychology from the University at Albany.
