Linda Muilenburg

Linda Muilenburg is currently the Accounting/Finance at Triad Group. Prior to this, they were the National Director of Site Acquisition for Westchester Services L.L.C from August 2014 to April 2015. In this role, Linda successfully launched and managed a new site acquisition division for an established A&E company. Linda also ensured a consistent daily workflow and confirmed that all payment milestones were met on or ahead of schedule. Linda established, maintained, and built relationships with clients across the country while also hiring, training, and developing a qualified site acquisition team.

From May 2012 to August 2014, Linda was the National Project Manager for Alcatel-Lucent as a contractor via Smartlink LLC. In this role, they provided national direction for the site acquisition team and overall business development strategies. Linda also presented creative solutions to capture greater market share and solve customer challenges as they arose.

From June 2015 to June 2020, Linda was the Real Estate Project Manager - New Site Builds / Modifications / Relos / Interconnect for Verizon Wireless as a contractor via Triad Group. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of new cell site builds, modifications, relocations, and interconnects nationwide. Linda successfully completed projects on time and within budget while also maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

Linda Muilenburg received their Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from Florida International University. Linda is also licensed as an IL Sales Associate & Loan Originator and has taken courses in General FL Real Estate Practices & Procedures and FL Sales Associate License from Salamanca's School of Real Estate and Coldwell Banker University, respectively. Finally, they graduated from Hinsdale Central High School.

Linda Muilenburg reports to Jim Mercer, President. They are on a team with and Kelli Becker - Office Manager.
