Previously, Franz worked at Deutsche Bank, first as a Senior Analyst in the US International Private Bank, where comprehensive quality assurance tasks were performed, and financial projections were prepared for executive discussions, followed by a role in UK Risk and Regulatory Reporting, focusing on integrity checks of reports and timely submissions to the Prudential Regulation Authority. Franz began career beginnings at SGV & Co. as an Assurance Associate II, excelling in audit engagements for various industries while mentoring new associates. Franz holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas, completed in 2015.
