Mathew Holt

Mathew Holt is an experienced operations and training manager with a diverse background in employability programs and apprenticeships. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Triage since June 2021, Mathew leads an employability program across Tees Valley. Previously, as Apprenticeships & Employability Manager at London North Eastern Railway from January 2019 to May 2021, Mathew focused on developing colleagues and supporting unemployed young people through various initiatives. Mathew's earlier roles include significant positions at The Prince's Trust, North Yorkshire Police, and Orange, where expertise in training, programme management, and community engagement was established. Mathew holds multiple CIPD certifications in personnel practice and training, along with extensive training experience.
