Kathleen Seyb

SVP, Biology & Translational Sciences at TRIANA Biomedicines

Kathleen Seyb currently serves as Senior Vice President of Biology and Translational Sciences at TRIANA Biomedicines since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kathleen held the position of Senior Vice President of Biology and Translational Sciences at NEWCO funded by RA Capital and Atlas Ventures from September 2021 to April 2022. Kathleen has also worked as Vice President of Research at Ohana Biosciences (formerly VL34) and as Senior Director and Head of Biology at Ra Pharmaceuticals. Kathleen's early career includes a role as a Scientist at Harvard Medical School & Brigham & Women's Hospital, focusing on high-throughput screening assays related to neurodegenerative diseases, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Kansas, studying microtubule dissociation in Alzheimer's disease. Kathleen earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Kansas and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Memphis.
