Randy Daniels

Randy Daniels, CIC, currently serves as Chief Risk Officer and Vice President of Program Development & Service at Triangle Insurance Company, where responsibilities include leading product development and supporting underwriting, loss control, and sales teams in the agricultural insurance sector. Previously, Randy held positions at USI Insurance Services as Vice President, Property & Casualty Practice Leader, and Vice President of Products & Services, focusing on business development and agricultural vertical growth. Prior experience includes roles at CHS Inc., Hays Companies, Gallagher, and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, covering a range of responsibilities from program design to underwriting and client relationship management. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Bethel University.
