Samuel Ynzunza

Mr. Ynzunza has over 22 years of experience as an investment banker and finance attorney. Prior to joining Tribal Capital Markets Mr. Ynzunza served as a public finance investment banker at Cabrera Capital Markets and Loop Capital Markets. Additionally, he spent over 10 years as corporate counsel to dominant investment management complexes such as Franklin/Templeton and INVESCO.

In his capacity as counsel to registered investment advisors as well as a public finance investment banker, Mr. Ynzunza has developed expertise in public and private finance strategies that maximize risk mitigation for all parties, issuers, and investors alike. His tenure with investment management complexes was highlighted by his service on Investment Company Institute committees.

Mr. Ynzunza has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law.
