Irina Burlacu

Irina Burlacu is an experienced professional in building management and psychological counseling, currently serving as a Building Manager at Tribe Management Inc since March 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing leasing, advertising, and contractor management for a high-rise residential building in Downtown Vancouver. Prior to this role, Irina worked at the Romanian Ministry of Defence from October 2004 to October 2011 as a Psychometrist/Counsellor, focusing on the administration and scoring of psychometric instruments, conducting interviews, and providing counseling on various personal issues. Irina's educational background includes a Licentiate degree from The University of British Columbia (2023), a Week Long Narrative Therapy Intensive Certificate from Vancouver School for Narrative Therapy (2013), multiple certifications in counseling skills and clinical hypnosis from institutions in Romania, and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources & Organizational Management and Psychology-Sociology, respectively, from Spiru Haret University.
