Chandelle Downs has over two decades of experience in staffing and legal support roles. Since January 2001, Chandelle has served in various capacities at tribe, including Staffing Director, Director of People, and Staffing Manager. Prior to this, Chandelle worked as a Legal Assistant at Bolt Burdon from October 2002 to April 2004 and as a Legal Secretary at Russell Jones & Walker from 2000 to 2002.
