Michael Slaughter

Michael Slaughter is an accomplished Telephony Operations Manager at Level2 since December 2021, and concurrently serves as the Teleservices Compliance Manager at Tribune Publishing Company since May 2019, overseeing compliance with federal and state regulations. Previous experience includes managing IT service operations at NetJets, where workflow reporting was enhanced, and overseeing a significant increase in workload with reduced staffing while maintaining service levels.
