Robin Semm

Robin Semm, PHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 1993, Robin served as a Human Resources Administrator at Colorado Real Estate & Investment Co., where they were responsible for implementing and administering benefit programs, payroll, and developing HR policies and procedures. Robin then worked as a Human Resource Representative at Metaldyne, handling recruitment, payroll supervision, and benefits administration. From 2000 to 2006, Robin worked as a Human Resource Manager at JH Packaging, where they were involved in employee recruitment, orientation, and advising management on employee relations. Following that, Robin served as the Owner of Cookies by Design - Portage from 2006 to 2014. Robin then became an HR Generalist at Etna Supply, a Director of Human Resources at Life Care Center The, and finally assumed the role of Director of Human Resources at Precision Aerospace Corporation and Tribus Aerospace Corporation.
