Brigid MacDonald

Brigid MacDonald has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Brigid is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Tribute Technology since January 2023. Previously, they held the position of Senior Vice President of People at Takeoff Technologies, Inc. from March 2021 to February 2023. From February 2019 to December 2020, they worked as the Chief People Officer at Alfresco. Prior to that, Brigid held various HR leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources at Datawatch Corporation from October 2014 to December 2018, and Vice President of Human Resources at Empirix Inc. from March 2007 to September 2014. Brigid also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement from 2004 to 2007, and at Empirix Inc. from 2000 to 2004. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at The Picker Institute from 1998 to 2000 and as a Human Resources Representative at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from 1993 to 1996.

Brigid MacDonald has a Master's degree in Management from Boston University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Saint Mary's College.
