Previously, Mark held the position of Senior Director for the Enterprise Preferred team at Dell Technologies, focusing on the Northeast Division, and served as an Enterprise District Sales Manager in the New England region, specializing in healthcare and major accounts. Mark's career began at EMC, where responsibilities included managing accounts in the healthcare sector to enhance information infrastructure. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Nichols College.
