Tomas Kucera is a seasoned professional in business operations and software engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Business Operations at Tricentis, Tomas focuses on building a software engineering organization in Prague and Brno, seeking talent in various technical roles. Previously, as Vice President of Business Operations at SolarWinds, Tomas oversaw multiple offices across Europe and Asia, managing staff augmentation strategies and leading significant operational expansions. Experience also includes establishing R&D centers and Shared Services Centers, alongside roles at Siemens IT Solutions & Services and earlier positions in software development. Tomas holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Nottingham Trent University and an engineering degree in Informatics and Economics from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
