Tuan Huynh

Tuan Huynh is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting. Currently serving as the Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting Manager at Tricida, Inc. since January 2020, Tuan oversees the SEC and private company reporting function, including the preparation and filing of 10-K reports. Prior to this, Tuan held significant roles such as Director of SEC Reporting at TPI, Inc., where Tuan successfully led the transition to a public company and managed various financial filings. Additional experience includes positions as SEC Reporting Manager at Weatherford and Senior Accountant at Powerwave Technologies, where Tuan contributed to external SEC reports and financial analysis. Tuan began the career as Accounting Manager at Project Independence and Biomedical Business International, establishing accounting departments and assisting with IPO preparations. Tuan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
