Alun Hunt

Alun joined TriCIS as Engineering Manager in August 2021 off the back of over three decades working in electronics and engineering design for Industry leading organisation such as Sun Microsystems, Thales Avionics and DRS UK/Leonardo. He launched his career at Macroni Underwater Systems and has enjoyed a varied career in engineering including designing and manufacturing dental chairs, solar powered street signs, lift controls, RADAR controllers and rugged computers. A true team player, Alun enjoys nothing more than developing the people around him, harnessing their combined capabilities, whilst also improving processes and implementing growth strategies with the ultimate aim of creating an environment for innovation. His work has featured in respected media outlets Circuit Cellar and EDN. In his spare time, Alun enjoys exploring the world of home automation, reading, walking and spending time with his family.
