Natalia Wills

Natalia Wills Gil is currently the Latin America Regional Director at Trickle Up, an organization that partners with women in extreme poverty to build economic opportunity and drive inclusion. With extensive experience in various roles at organizations like Pro Mujer, ProDesarrollo, Heurística Innovación Social, Sistema B, Helpmachine, Fundemex A.C., IMIFAP, and Interactuar, Natalia has a background in global representation, gender, program management, fundraising, and development evaluation. Natalia also holds a degree in Imperial Sustainability Leadership from Imperial College Business School, along with diplomas and degrees in grassroots development, development evaluation and management, international business, and business administration.
