Jim Cunningham

Jim Cunningham has a robust background in asset management and financial services, currently serving as Manager of Asset Management at Tricon Residential since December 2019, following roles as Senior Associate and Associate in the same department. Prior to this, Jim Cunningham worked at PwC from September 2015 to December 2019 as a Senior Assurance Associate, specializing in audits of financial statements for clients in the Asset and Wealth Management sector, and also held positions as Assurance Associate and Assurance Intern. Early experience includes an internship at Sidoti & Company. Jim Cunningham holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara, obtained in 2015, and has passed the Series 7 exam, gaining a general securities representative license.
