Joshua Welty

Joshua Welty has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Joshua currently serves as the Vice President of Development at Tricon Residential since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Toll Brothers, where they held roles as Vice President from January 2018 to November 2019 and Assistant Vice President from June 2013 to January 2018. Joshua also worked at PFMG Solar as a Senior Project Manager from February 2012 to June 2013, and at Amonix, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Project Development from December 2010 to February 2012. Joshua has international experience as well, having worked at Emaar as a Development Manager from November 2007 to November 2010, and at John Laing Homes as a Project Manager for the Luxury Division from February 2005 to October 2007. Joshua started their career at Standard Pacific Homes as an Assistant Construction Manager from June 2003 to January 2005, and prior to that, they worked at Welty Concrete as a Jobsite Foreman from May 1998 to June 2003.

Joshua Welty attended the University of Southern California from 1999 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy, Planning, and Development. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
