Tobias Oriwol's work experience includes various roles in the real estate industry. From 2006 to 2012, they were an Olympic swimmer for Swimming Canada. Tobias then worked as a Project Developer at Monadnock Development, LLC from October 2012 to February 2016. After that, they served as the Vice President of Development at Kuafu Properties LLC from March 2016 to September 2016. From September 2016 to January 2021, they worked as the Director of Development at Brookfield Asset Management. Following that, they joined Forum Equity Partners as the Vice President of Real Estate from January 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Investments at Tricon Residential since May 2022, and will be promoted to Senior Vice President in January 2024.
Tobias Oriwol completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Stanford University in 2006. Tobias then pursued further education at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, where they obtained a Master's degree in Urban Planning (MUP) from 2008 to 2010.
