Emily Moon has over 23 years of experience in the insurance and customer care industries. Currently, Emily serves as the Employee Benefits Team Lead and Account Manager at TRICOR Insurance, a role held since June 2015. Prior to this position, Emily worked as a Group Benefits Client Executive. From June 2007 to June 2014, Emily was the Director of Midwest Operations at American Customer Care. Additionally, Emily's career began at Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, where Emily held a Quality Assurance position from 2000 to 2007.
