John McHenry

John McHenry has over 30 years of work experience in quality assurance and management roles. John is currently working as a Supplier Quality Engineer in the Midwest Region at TricorBraun, a packaging supplier. Prior to that, they were the Director of Quality Assurance at IPL, Inc. for five years, overseeing quality functions at multiple sites. Before IPL, Inc., they worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Plastic Enterprises Co., Inc., where they managed the quality function for four years. John also has experience as a Quality Assurance Manager at AMCOR PET Packaging North America, where they were responsible for plant quality and had oversight of production processes. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Quality Manager at Captive Plastics, where they resolved customer complaints and managed the quality function of the headquarters facility plant. Additionally, John held various roles at Kama Corporation, including Quality Assurance Manager, Production Manager, and LAN administrator. John also worked at Ivex Packaging Corporation as a Quality Supervisor and Production Supervisor, implementing ISO standards and supervising manufacturing processes. John started their career at United States Steel Corporation as a Blast Furnace Shift Manager. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated a focus on continuous improvement, customer relationships, and ensuring high quality standards.

John McHenry has a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering in the field of Engineering/Industrial Management from Purdue University. John also holds an MBA from Indiana University Northwest, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993.
