Jon-Paul Genest

Jon-Paul Genest has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to the present. Jon-Paul started their career as a Packaging Intern at United Parcel Service in 1995. Jon-Paul then worked as a Packaging Engineer at Esteé Lauder in 1996. From 1998 to 1999, they were a Packaging Engineer at AMP Incorporated, which is now TE Connectivity. Jon-Paul continued their career at Specialty Industries as a Packaging Engineer from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Packaging Development Engineer at Combe Incorporated. Jon-Paul then joined Orange Glo International as the Director of Package Development and Manufacturing Efficiencies from 2003 to 2006. In the same year, they also briefly served as the Global Packaging Manager at Church & Dwight. From 2006 to 2009, they formed their own company, Nordique Packaging Solutions, LLC, where they served as the Owner and Principal Engineer. After that, they worked at Reckitt Benckiser as the Global Packaging Manager from 2009 to 2010 and later promoted to Global Manager, Engineering Technology from 2010 to 2012. Currently, Jon-Paul is the Vice President of Commercial Engineering at TricorBraun, a position they assumed in 2017. Prior to that, they held the roles of Vice President of Engineering & Technical Services from 2014 to 2017 and Director of Project Engineering from 2012 to 2014 at the same company.

Jon-Paul Genest attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Packaging Science.
