Sarah Rinne

Sarah Rinne has a diverse work experience in human resources and learning and development. Sarah currently holds the position of Learning and Development Specialist at TricorBraun since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Generalist at the same company from February 2019 to April 2022, and as an HR Coordinator from July 2018 to February 2019.

Before joining TricorBraun, Sarah was employed by Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Sarah started as a Human Resources Coordinator in August 2017 and served until July 2018. In this role, they interviewed candidates, implemented HR policies, and created job descriptions. Sarah also had a Summer Externship with Sheraton, where they interned with the Front Office and Human Resources department. Sarah'sresponsibilities included conducting background checks, reference checks, interviews, and drug tests for potential new hires. Sarah also scheduled and organized career fairs.

Sarah's work experience also includes an Assistant Manager Internship at Bean and the Baker from August 2016 to May 2017. Previously, they worked at Kent State University as a Senior Student Assistant in the International Admissions department from October 2013 to September 2016. In this role, they responded to daily emails, assisted in training new employees, and evaluated international credentials.

Sarah Rinne completed their Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management at Kent State University from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management at Maryville University of Saint Louis, graduating in 2022.
