Jesse Young has a diverse work experience in the medical and research field. They started their career as a Scientific Technician at TriCore Reference Laboratories, where they validated C. difficile PCR and performed manual back checking of an automated urine culture system. Jesse then pursued further education and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of New Mexico. They later transitioned to the role of Postdoctoral Researcher at The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. Currently, Jesse holds the position of Medical Director of Clinical Device Trials and Research at TriCore Reference Laboratories.
Jesse Young's education history begins in 2009, where they attended The University of New Mexico. During this time, Jesse pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Their studies continued until 2014. Following their undergraduate studies, Jesse enrolled at the University of New Mexico in 2015, where they pursued a higher degree. Jesse completed their studies in 2021, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Infectious Disease.
