Anthony Ferrier has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anthony currently serves as the Principal Director, NSW at Appscore, where they focus on expanding the team, addressing client needs, and creating new market products. Prior to this, Ferrier worked at Swinburne University of Technology as the Director of Commercialization and Product Strategy for Swinburne Edge. During their time there, they developed a new strategy to address emerging workforce challenges for senior executives and established partnerships with major organizations such as ANZ Bank, Westpac, and EY. Anthony also served as the Chair of the Swinburne Edge Advisory Board, providing support for the ongoing transformation of the organization. Ferrier's previous roles include Strategic Advisor at Scoutely, National/APAC Lead at KPMG Innovation Consulting, COO and Co-Founder of ExOxo, CEO and Co-Founder of Culturevate Inc., and Vice President positions at BNY Mellon and Deloitte. Throughout their career, Ferrier has demonstrated a strategic focus on innovative and digital goals, engaging employees within established organizations and guiding them through disrupted environments.
Anthony Ferrier has a Masters in Commerce with a major in Marketing from the University of Sydney. Anthony also holds a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Economics and Marketing from the University of Newcastle. In 2021, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business for a course in Digital Transformation: Leading People, Data & Technology within the field of Information Technology.
