Michael Getka

Michael Getka is an accomplished leader and founder of Getka SEAL Mindset, LLC, with over 20 years of experience in leading, training, and mentoring high-performance teams in demanding environments. Notably recognized as Instructor of the Year for the Naval Special Warfare Center in 1999, Michael has held various positions, including Independent Contractor at Trident Security Solutions and Director of Business Development for JDog Junk Removal & Hauling. Additional roles include Managing race venues for Spartan Race, providing leadership for the Warrior Challenge Program at ACADEMI, and serving as Navy SEAL from 1983 to 2004. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University, enhancing a robust background in training and community engagement.
