Rob Roach has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob began their career at Clear Channel Media + Entertainment in 2000, where they worked as a Promotion Director, focusing on on-air and digital marketing and creative development. During their time there, they developed and maintained the company's first websites, leading to effective promotion for the stations and special events.

In 2003, Rob joined Deskey as a Client Manager, where they managed key accounts, resulting in the growth of existing brands and the acquisition of new projects and brands. Rob significantly increased the agency's profitability by 10% while also enhancing customer satisfaction.

From 2005 to 2009, Rob worked at LPK as a Brand Leader, where they provided strategic direction and produced creative products for clients like Pampers, Kellogg's, Hershey's, and Kroger. Rob also directed project teams and budgets and contributed to business development, sales, and consumer research. During their tenure, they collaborated with Procter & Gamble to redesign the Pampers cohort program and elevate it to a global level.

Rob successfully led the launch of Kraft Cheese Brands and redesigned and reintroduced product lines for the largest segment of Kraft products.

From 2014 to 2016, Rob served as the Director of Client Engagement at Schawk!, where they managed the company's leading client, Procter & Gamble. Rob oversaw creative development, artwork production processes, global workflow systems, and relationship management. Additionally, they were responsible for the profit and loss management and supervision of 24 direct report Print Production Managers.

From 2016 to 2019, Rob worked as the Vice President of Brand Engagement at LPK, leading the business development efforts for LPK North America. Rob established marketing campaigns, influencer communication programs, and deployment programs to generate business growth. Rob successfully delivered key prospecting plans for continued growth and development of the North American region.

Most recently, in 2019, Rob joined Sonoco-Trident as the Global Director of the Creative Group. Rob focuses on developing creative solutions for the world's most iconic consumer brands and offers brand and marketing solutions designed to deliver impact for businesses.

Rob Roach obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a concentration in Business Management from Northern Kentucky University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued further education at the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Writing.
