P. Max Waddell has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. P. Max most recently worked as a Sr. Program Manager at Trideum Corporation, starting in June 2019. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Program Manager at IAP Worldwide Services from November 2015 to June 2019, where they managed multiple US Air Force Contracts and served as a Capture Manager for DoD Opportunities. Before that, they served as a Program Manager at DRS Technologies, Inc. from October 2014 to November 2015, where they managed various Civil Engineering IT Programs for the US Air Force.
