Carrie Forys is a PMP and MBA with diverse work experience in project management and implementation. Carrie currently holds the position of Director of Implementation and Training at Lucet, formerly known as New Directions + Tridiuum. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager for the same company.
Before joining Lucet, Carrie worked at IntegriChain as a Senior Implementation Project Manager and Project Manager. Carrie'sresponsibilities included managing and overseeing the implementation of projects related to healthcare technology and systems.
Carrie also has experience working at Campbell Soup Company, where they held multiple roles. As a Program Manager, they led the implementation of the new Nutrition Facts Panel and major process improvement activities. Carrie also served as a Senior Commercialization Project Lead, overseeing soup portfolios and improving processes for data tracking. Additionally, they worked as a Commercialization Project Lead, managing team meetings and tracking project activities.
Earlier in their career, Carrie gained experience at Epic, where they held the positions of Implementation Coordinator and Project Manager/Implementation Consultant. Carrie managed complex software installations and implemented electronic medical records at multiple healthcare organizations. Carrie also developed expertise in patient-centered modules.
Carrie's work experience also includes serving as a Student Assistant for the Religion Department at the University of Richmond and working as a SHE Fellow at Sustainable Health Enterprises (SHE), where they developed communications programs and provided media support.
Throughout their career, Carrie has demonstrated strong project management skills, budget management abilities, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. Carrie is certified in various healthcare technology systems and has a strong focus on driving process improvement and delivering successful project outcomes.
Carrie Forys, PMP, MBA, obtained their BA degree in Anthropology with minors in Religion and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Richmond. Carrie pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business at Villanova University from 2017 to 2019.
In addition to their degrees, Carrie also holds various certifications. Carrie obtained the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in April 2023. Prior to that, they completed the Better Process Control School certification from Penn State University in April 2016. In March 2017, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
