Raya Usher has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Raya is currently the TriDot UK Team Lead and Coach at TriDot Triathlon Training, a training platform that utilizes artificial intelligence and optimized training technology. Prior to that, Raya worked as a Partner & Triathlon Coach at Precision Coaching & Race Team, where they helped athletes achieve their best performance through optimal training and recovery. Raya also served as the Managing Director at Hubbell Consultants, specializing in business development and capital introduction in Africa. Raya has worked as an Advisor at Baybridge Investments, TLG Capital, Ampion, and Euromoney Institutional Investor, gaining expertise in finance and investment sectors. Additionally, they have contributed to the non-profit sector as a Women's Board Member at Children in Crisis UK. Raya's work experience also includes being an Advisor at Brava Energy and holding the position of Chief Commercial Officer & Head of Sovereign Investment Promotion Advisory Practice at Invest Africa Ltd. Throughout their career, Raya has shown a strong dedication to professional development and achieving impactful results.

Raya Usher attended King's College London from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with honors in Business Management.
