Phillip Lam

Phillip Lam is currently serving as a Front-End Code Reviewer at Scrimba since May 2022 and has been a Kids Coding Instructor at Tried & True Tutoring since June 2021. Previously, Phillip worked as a Special Education Teacher at Fountain Valley School District from September 2015 to March 2020, where responsibilities included preparing instructional processes for students with special needs and attending IEP meetings. In addition, Phillip was the Lead Math Instructor at Fountain Valley Recreation Center, contributing to curriculum design and student progress monitoring from July 2015 to March 2020. Earlier work experience includes a Team Member position at Earl's Sandwiches from April 2012 to 2014. Phillip holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from UCLA and a K-12 Preliminary Teaching Credential from the University of Redlands, with ongoing studies at LearningFuze.
