Michael Nadolny

Michael Nadolny is a skilled R&D Engineer currently serving as the Technical Lead for the delivery system of a novel transcatheter tricuspid valve repair/replacement device at TriFlo Cardiovascular Inc. since August 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior R&D Engineer and R&D Engineer at Vesalius Cardiovascular, focusing on the interventional treatment of structural heart disease, as well as a Test Engineer at Ballard Power Systems, where duties involved design verification testing of PEM fuel cell products. Michael has also contributed as a Mechanical Designer and Drafter at Finning (Canada) and a Mechanical Designer and Machinist at Mainland Hard Chrome and Hydraulics Ltd., responsible for various design and machining tasks. Michael's foundational experience includes curriculum development and teaching at Science AL!VE. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, completed in 2016.
