Jim Hagstrom

Jim Hagstrom is an experienced programmer and engineer with a diverse background in manufacturing and tooling. Currently serving as a Programmer at Trijicon, Inc. since August 2021, Jim has previously held positions as a Programmer/Engineer at World-Tek Ind. and a Tool and Die Maker at Advance Engineering Company. Other roles include Tool & Die at Constellium and Process Engineer at Richard Tool & Die Corp. Jim's extensive experience also covers programming and engineering at Future Products and machining at Line Precision Inc. Jim started a career in tooling at Spring Engineering & Manufacturing, holding various positions over an eight-year period. Jim completed education at Henry Ford College from 1991 to 1994.
