Dan Siegman

Daniel Siegman is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and corporate strategy. Currently a Partner and Managing Director at Trilantic North America since 2013, Daniel oversees significant minority investments in services and consumer businesses, managing $9.7 billion in capital commitments across six fund families. Previously, Daniel served as a Senior Associate at Invus Opportunities from 2007 to 2012, where responsibilities included leading financing rounds and co-investing in syndicated financings. Daniel's earlier career includes an Associate role at The Boston Consulting Group and a position in New Product Development at American Express. Daniel holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Strategy and Corporate Development from The Wharton School.
