Kristin Deplatchett

Kristin DePlatchett is a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at Trilantic North America, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Kristin founded Kraken Capital, where customized private equity separate accounts and advisory services were provided to institutional investors from January 2018 to January 2021. Kristin also served as Managing Partner and P3 Pod Leader at Declare from October 2017 to October 2020, focusing on achieving gender equality and empowering women. Previous experience includes the role of Managing Director at StepStone Group from August 2008 to May 2017, where investment solutions were tailored for sophisticated investors. Earlier career stages included positions at Fort Washington Capital Partners Group, Give Back Cincinnati, Schaeffer's Investment Research, Birinyi Associates, and as a professional women's soccer player with Atlanta Beat. Kristin holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
