María Pilar Rodríguez has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. María Pilar served as a Human Resources Director at Trilliant since July 2017, leading the team responsible for attracting and retaining talent, managing employee experience, and ensuring workplace safety and health. Prior to this role, they were the Manager of Human Talent at Agilitix from May 2011 to July 2015, where they oversaw the administrative and human resources departments and facilitated the implementation of quality, safety, and health management systems. María Pilar also implemented selection processes, career plans, and compensation and well-being plans. María Pilar Rodríguez was previously the Director of Human Resources at Primestone from February 2008 to May 2011, and the Administrative and Financial Director at Consult Soft S.A. from April 2007 to February 2008.
