Andrew Kelley

Andrew works with the clients and partners to develop sustainable technical solutions to meet their needs. He takes a hands-on approach to project management and leads teams to implement these solutions. Andrew is highly skilled in Java, web UI, CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, and other technologies. He works on projects across several government agencies, including CBP, FEMA, and DoD. Internally Andrew designs and administers the internship program and supports the internal IT strategies.
