Erica Groeschl

Erica Groeschl has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Erica started their career in 2004 with Bitter Creek Candle Supply, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, Erica joined Loyear Disaster Restoration Services, L.L.C as an Administrative Assistant for a brief period until they moved on to Trillium Services, Inc. Erica served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Trillium Services, Inc. from 2012 to 2022. Recently, Erica has taken on the role of a Human Resources Director at the same company in April 2022. In 2019, they also worked as a Data Entry Specialist at Upwork. Erica's work experience highlights their skills in administrative support, HR coordination, and data entry.

Erica Groeschl began their education in 2004 at Northwood Technical College, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General. Erica completed this program in 2006. In 2021, Erica returned to Northwood Technical College to further their education. Erica is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources & Payroll Generalist and is still enrolled in the program. Additionally, Erica is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society International, specializing in Human Resources & Payroll Generalist, with an expected completion date in 2023.
