Ruchi Baid

Ruchi Baid has a diverse work experience with various organizations. Ruchi started their career at Shishu Sarothi as a Teaching Volunteer in 2018. Ruchi then served as a Teaching Volunteer at Masakkali from November 2019 to December 2021. In 2018, they also joined Women Welfare Advisory Committee (WWAC) as an Executive Member until May 2021.

In 2018, Ruchi also started working as a Graphic Designer at Womenite, where they remained until June 2019. Ruchi then joined Enactus Ram Lal Anand as an Executive Member from September 2018 to August 2019. Ruchi gradually progressed within the organization and took on roles as Vice President from August 2019 to January 2021 and later as Advisory from January 2021 to December 2021.

In 2021, Ruchi joined Bridged.co as a Research Assistant from February to March. Ruchi then joined Primary Healthtech as a Business Data Analyst from June 2021 to March 2022. Ruchi later worked as a Consultant Intern at Smollan India from May 2022 to January 2023.
