Sarah Fletcher

Sarah Fletcher is the clinical director of intensive outreach services at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare. She has supported the expansion of outreach services at Trilogy and oversees the ACT and CST teams on the north side of the city. Sarah specializes in supporting adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders with a focus on harm reduction philosophy, strength-based approaches, and client-centered trauma-informed care. She has been working in behavioral health for more than sixteen years and during that time she has worked in various settings including residential, jail, homeless shelters, community outreach, outpatient therapy, and internationally.
